  • Quarter beef: about 110 pounds of take-home beef for smaller freezers and families.
  • Half beef: about 215 pounds for households that cook beef every week.
  • Whole beef: about 430 pounds for the best per-pound value and the most cut control.

Your deposit reserves your harvest spot. The final balance is due closer to processing, when the animal goes to the processor and your cut order is finalized.
