Our beef shares offer the best value for families wanting high-quality meat year-round. Our cattle are pasture raised and grain-finished, raised without antibiotics or growth hormones—ever. Choose between our 3 cut sheet options or a custom cut sheets with your own personalization.

A balanced option ideal for everyday meals, offering classic 1” steaks with an even mix of roasts and ground beef.
The Grillers Cut Sheet -
Tailored for steak lovers with thicker 1.25” cuts and premium grilling steaks like Skirt, Flank, Flat Iron, and Denver.
The Slow Cooker Cut Sheet -
Focused on slow-roasted comfort cuts, featuring more roasts, bones, and oxtail for hearty, home-style meals.

  • Quarter Share: 100+ lbs | $400 deposit, $1,200 total
  • Half Share: 200+ lbs | $700 deposit, $2,350 total
  • Whole Share: 400 lbs | $1,000 deposit, $4,700 total


*All final payments due when beef goes to the processor about 2 weeks before delivery

What's Included:

Diamond R Cut Sheet -
Includes 1” thick Kansas City Strip, Filet, Sirloin, Ribeye, Minute Steaks, Chuck and Rump Roast, Brisket, 10 lbs of ¼ lb burger patties, and 1 lb chubs of ground beef. Yields approximately 25–30% steaks, 15-20% roasts, and 55–60% ground — great for balanced cooking flexibility.

Grillers Cut Sheet - Includes 1.25” thick Kansas City Strip, Filets, Sirloin, Ribeye, Skirt, Flat Iron, Flank, and Denver Steaks, plus Chuck Roast, Brisket, 10 lbs of ¼ lb burger patties, and 1 lb chubs of ground beef. Yields approximately 30% steaks, 15% roasts, and 55% ground — perfect for grilling and steak nights.

Slow Cooker Cut Sheet - Includes 1” thick Kansas City Strips, Filets, Ribeyes, Round and Minute Steaks, Chuck, Sirloin Tip, Arm, and Pike’s Peak Roasts, Brisket, 1 lb chubs of ground beef, Soup Bones, and Oxtail. Yields approximately 25–30% steaks, 10–25% roasts, and 45–50% ground — ideal for soups, stews, and long cooks plus grilling or broiling options with juicy steaks and burger.

How It Works:

Choose your cut sheet, share size and reserve your beef share today with the deposit amount for your share.

We'll raise and process your animal with our USDA-certified butcher. Final payment is due when we take animals to processing with a separate invoice to be paid before delivery/pickup.

Freezer Space Required:

  • Quarter Share: 4-5 cubic feet
  • Half Share: 7-8 cubic feet
  • Whole Share: 14-16 cubic feet

All butchering and processing fees included. Every cut is vacuum-sealed, labeled, and flash-frozen to preserve freshness for up to 2 years. Local pickup or free shipping available within 100 mile radius.

We proudly offer our locally raised beef by the quarter or half. Our calves are born in Southeast Kansas during the spring and fall, and raised on native grasses and mother's milk until they're ready for the next stage. Upon weaning, they return to our ranch, where they graze on a diet of Bermuda and fescue grass. Here, amidst the comforting familiarity of our homestead, they're nourished with care and attention, grazing and growing until they're finished on a balanced diet of hay, oats, and corn.
