There is a difference between beef off a store shelf and beef raised by a family who puts their name on every cut. At the Diamond R, we raise our cattle on native Kansas grasses and finish them on corn and oats, the same way our family always has. Grass fed and grain finished. No antibiotics, no added hormones, no middleman. One animal, cut to order, delivered frozen to your door.
A whole beef is 430+ lbs of single-source beef, roughly about 16 cubic feet of freezer space. It is the best price per pound we offer, cut the way your family actually eats.
How it works
- Pick your cut sheet below.
- Your deposit of $1,000 reserves your spot today.
- We send your balance invoice ($3,700) about two weeks before delivery, when the animals go to the processor.
- Your beef arrives frozen and vacuum sealed, all at once.
Total $4,700. Beef shares are seasonal and sell fast, so reserve ahead. Next harvest is mid September 2026.

One honest note
Every share comes from a single animal. When that animal is spoken for, that share is gone until the next harvest.
