To say I’m a fan is an understatement. They get their own drawer in the refrigerator! The taste and quality of these beef sticks is fantastic, looking forward to trying the other flavors.

If you haven't tried the flank steaks, do you yourself a favor and get some. These are some of my favorite for their bold and rich flavor.

Within a couple days of receiving the order, I just had to try a ribeye. Pan seared and fried both steaks, and I have to say, the flavor was completely different than I'd had with any store-bought beef. There was a freshness and zing that I'd never experienced before, even in steakhouse beef. Kerry was just as impressed. Looks like I'm spoiled for the best now. We cooked steaks for our friends visiting from Florida. They loved them. These friends lived in Nebraska and Kansas City, so they know good meat and were highly complimentary.

Cooked up great no leftovers on the 4th after I was told I made to much and would be eating leftovers all week
Mother Nature interfered, but Diamond R won the battle!!! Salina, Ks., still looks like a warzone, but we are slowly recovering, and thanks to the packaging, our griller box survived with flying colors, plus a heavy blanket we covered it with, 89 hours without electricity, and the ice was still frozen. The box arrived, after the storm, so I put the container and all in a larger container, iced down wih 3 bags of ice, covered with cardboard, heavy blanket, in the basement, box was not opened, long story, but thought i should share, you guys are great! And we are still being spoiled with the meat, Thankyou!!!!Best tasting beef in Kansas!
