We proudly offer our locally raised beef by the box, quarter, or half share. Our calves are born in Southeast Kansas during the spring and fall, and raised on native grasses and mother's milk until they're ready for the next stage. Upon weaning, they return to our ranch, where they graze on a diet of Bermuda and fescue grass. Here, amidst the comforting familiarity of our homestead, they're nourished with care and attention, grazing and growing until they're finished on a balanced diet of hay, oats, and corn.
